INFO DIGGORY VENN is: Dan O'Brien - guitar, vocals, bass, drums/percussion DIGGORY VENN was initiated by Dan O'Brien after the implosion of Age of Anchors: a band for which Dan played guitar and wrote many songs, musically and lyrically. Personality and agenda differences drove that band apart, so Dan started Diggory Venn to get away from the nonsense and drama and focus on the music. DIGGORY VENN, is dedicated to an unadulterated, uncompromised vision of Rock-As-It-Should-Be. This is not about what sells or what wins over women or even what fans may want to hear. This is about ROCK as I'd like to hear it, and as I have to express it. I am not selling this music; I will probably never play a live show. Every song I produce will be available FREE on this website. Love it or hate it. It's rock, pure and simple. The rock that grabs you by your ass and won't let go. My revised goal is to produce an album's worth of material (i.e. songs) by September 1, 2007. Stay tuned. I know progress in the recent past has been slow.
